Perfect again, lord love her. Made a potato stuffing, shredded whites and sweets instead of bread, for me with wheat allergy, and it was pretty tasty, but needs tweaking. Cranberry chutney again too, always a hit. Fed at least a dozen and still have a couple of meals of leftovers. Put into sterile jars( I use the fancy beer bottles w/bales or canning jars) makes great gifts. For an excellent vinegarette slowly wisk in olive oil to taste. Thbbpt. But my honey went to his sister's, and brought me a plate back and sat with me while I ate it, during my shift. When I asked what she needed him to bring, she said she had most of it under control (she's a brilliant cook, and really smart about doing stuff ahead so she isn't out of her mind the day of) but did not have cranberry sauce or a second vegetable. Seeing as we'd just filled up the freezer with a bunch of veggie blends and had two bags of fresh cranberries, I told her I could help out with that.
