Angelia, the trick to NYC is you have to develop a special kind of tunnel vision as you walk down the street. I just block people out and most of the time I'm fine. ;^)

NYC has too many people... LOL But... the fabric district makes me want to come there. I had a friend shop for me in LA, phone pictures, haggling... it was easier for her because she had her "client" there on the phone! =) was quite fun! but yah...

I am looking for applique for my line of pasties. I prefer wholesale or discount of course. My current supplier is no longer carrying all the colours I need so I need to source a new supplier.
