Here's the web site for the Los Angeles Craft Mafia. www.losangelescraftmafia.com/. I've received an email recently through the LA Chapter of the Church of Craft Yahoo Group. This was all started by the Austin Craft Mafia which is a group of lovely ladies in Austin and they also host TV shows on DIY Network. Knitty Gritty and Craft Lab and Stylicious. I've been on Craft Lab and that's how I found out about the whole thing. It gives crafters a place to go to craft and talk and plan events. The Austin ladies also put on a very successful fashion/craft show called Stitch. They also have a Yahoo Group and even though they're in Austin there's alot of good info tossed back and forth.
