    <summary type="html">I found my dress patterns online but I cant remember the websites that I looked on.  I used some victorian patterns and altered them to fit.  I usaully make my own patterns but my mom couldnt figure out how to put them together.</summary>

    <summary type="html">I made the Folk wear Edwardian Wedding Gown, I put coloured ribbon and fabric under the lace parts.&#xD;

Or, if you're a pretty good seamstress go to the fabric store and peruse all the books w/ wedding gowns. You might like the bodice from mccalls, the sleeves from burda, the skirt from simplicity, etc. Then pull the patterns and study the instructions.... can you alter the pieces to fit? Can you modify some pieces so that you don't have to buy all 3 (or 5) patterns?&#xD;
&#xD;
You can do the same thing with the patterns you already have... after all,all wedding gowns are essentially a bodice and a long skirt. It's all in how you tweak it.</summary>

    <summary type="html">I'm looking for ideas about wedding dresses. I'll of course be making it myself because I love to sew. I'm an intermediate, bordering on advanced, seamstress. I usually do costuming pieces and I make custom corsets, so I'm not easily intimidated. &#xD;

I don't want something "traditional" and I want it to have lots of color, preferrably fall colors (the wedding will be in October of next year). &#xD;

I'm also plus size.</summary>
