Are you looking for the bottles? or does it come with all the stuff inside? Try American Vine Party store (on Melrose near Vine). Also try Moskatel's in the flower district downtown, owned by Michaels now, but they have so much more than the regular Michaels. The store is split into retail & wholesale, but you can shop in the wholesale section also, just have to go to the retail registers - FYI use their parking lot, enter up a ramp from street behind the store, I believe that's San Julian, they validate & the parking meters are crazy expensive. Their is a big craft store also on corner of 6th or 7th & Wall, or Maple??? sorry, I think it's called Craft Depot. There used to be a great party store in the old Farmer's Mkt/Grove on 3rd/ Fairfax, but it recently closed, so save yourself the drive.
